Increasing grip strength is the key to improving overall performance and more effective muscle recruitment.

The sports science journal Shoulder & Elbow concluded that there is a strong correlation between grip strength and lateral rotator strength. ‘In human anatomy the lateral rotator group of the hip is a group of muscles that are part of the external muscles of the hip’ They are:

Piriformis muscle, External obturator muscle, Internal obturator muscle, Lower twin muscle, Superior twin muscle, Square femur muscle. Especially when we lift not balanced weights like Persian Meel /Clubbell or handle traditional dumbbells involving the lower limbs. With pull-ups on the bar or campus board training In addition, grip strength training involves all the muscles near the elbow up to the fingertips which are 35 muscles involved in the movement from the forearm to the hand.
