I am a sport and physical activity lover, the passion that lead me up to graduation in the Sport Sciences University of Rome Foro Italico ” IUSM”.
I gained my work experience between ITALY and IRAN working mainly as a sport climbing instructor and all outdoor and recreational activities such as recreational Tree climbing instructor, Adventure parks, Slack line etc…
Despite of my twenty years experience in sport climbing, I wrote my thesis on a newly topic, where I noticed that the benefits of Recreational Treeclimbing as a new method to bring youngers closer throw the nature.
Stay tuned on new upcoming course in Rome dedicated to Zurkhaneh Movements ” HOUSE OF STRENGTH ” traditional Iranian gyms training. Zurkhaneh are holy places for the athletes practicing Pahlevani, an ancient sport combining bodybuilding, moving skills, music, dramatic art and religious worship.
